You will need to take serious steps to curb your bad breath, there is hope and it just takes a little time, a little skill and the right products to give it the best shot.

Most people with chronic bad breath will have at least 2 of these bad guys…

  • Tonsoliths – smelly white globs that you might cough up sometimes
  • Thick White Coating – usually on the back of your tongue
  • Constant Dry Mouth
  • Smelling Bad
  • Post-Nasal Drip
  • Metallic or Tinny Taste

This plan has been set out by Dr Katz, the bad breath doctor.

Follow these instructions for cleaning your mouth two or three times a day. Although the process itself is very important, the use of everyday toothpaste and mouthwash will counteract the effect.

STEP 1 – Start off by scraping your tongue. Gently move the scraper from the back to front of your tongue five times. Do it gently.

STEP 2 – Repeat this step again, but use a little Therabreath toothpaste on the scraper. Do it gently and don’t rinse after you’ve finished.

STEP 3 – Apply Therabreath toothpaste to your toothbrush. Don’t wet the toothbrush. Brush your mouth for 3 minutes or so. Again, don’t rinse when you’re done, but spit out excess saliva if you need to.

STEP 4 – Two capfuls of oral rinse, swirled around in the mouth for about 90 seconds will cover the entire surface of your mouth with concentrated oxygen. This will leave your mouth naturally fresh.

STEP 5 – Wet your floss with a little bit of Therabreath Oral Rinse and floss like you usually would. This gets rid of all old food particles from between your teeth and helps to oxygenate those hidden areas.

STEP 6 – Again rinse your mouth with two capfuls of Therabreath Mouth Rinse. This will help to remove the last of the bad stuff. This time, make sure you gargle as well, to get the rinse as far back in your mouth as possible.

STEP 7 – Finally, clear out your nose and use Therabreath Nasal-Sinus Drops, which you should let run down your throat.

After a week, following these instructions you are guaranteed to notice a difference in your breath. Thousands of people have already experienced the difference it can make. There is a two week trial offer to try it out if you like, you won’t be disappointed.

Situational Bad Breath

You don’t have an extreme bad breath problem, and lucky for you. Around a quarter of the American population suffer from chronic bad breath, which is much harder to treat.

For you, the most important thing is to drink lots of water.

Yes, its quite simple. The saliva in your mouth helps to fight bad breath. Oxygen-rich water helps to fight off those bacteria that cause the bad breath.

Avoiding foods that have lots of onions or garlic should also be avoided as there is very little to ward off the power of these foods. Smoking and alcohol will worsen your bad breath in any situation.

The toothpaste you use might be contributing to the bad breath you do have. They are designed by marketing people and that foaming action that everyone thinks makes things better, actually dries the mouth out, increasing bad breath.

I recommend that you use Therabreath toothpaste as it is designed to fill your mouth with oxygen, effectively killing all those bacteria that cause any bad breath you have.

You need to take things a little more seriously.

You might already be doing the basics like scraping your tongue and brushing two or three times a day. However you need a toothpaste that doesn’t contribute to bad breath like most current toothpastes do. You need one that oxygenates your mouth.

Make sure to drink lots of water, although your breath might take more than this, it is a fantastic start and a good way to good health in general.

Mouthwash will have to be a part of your plan. Avoid commercial brands that use chemicals that have anything Chloride in them, or alcohol, these promote bad breath and will make things worse.

Using the toothpaste and mouthrinse set from Therabreath is a great way to keep your breath smelling good. They have been designed to combat bad breath and also contribute to good oral hygiene as they are designed by a real dentist and not a marketing guy who wants to put little bubbles in your mouth just to make you feel happy.
