Occasional Bad Breath

July 8th, 2007

You need to take things a little more seriously.

You might already be doing the basics like scraping your tongue and brushing two or three times a day. However you need a toothpaste that doesn’t contribute to bad breath like most current toothpastes do. You need one that oxygenates your mouth.

Make sure to drink lots of water, although your breath might take more than this, it is a fantastic start and a good way to good health in general.

Mouthwash will have to be a part of your plan. Avoid commercial brands that use chemicals that have anything Chloride in them, or alcohol, these promote bad breath and will make things worse.

Using the toothpaste and mouthrinse set from Therabreath is a great way to keep your breath smelling good. They have been designed to combat bad breath and also contribute to good oral hygiene as they are designed by a real dentist and not a marketing guy who wants to put little bubbles in your mouth just to make you feel happy.
